• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.

• Prices for services are as listed on our website or as quoted directly and may be subject to change without notice.

• All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment methods as indicated on our website or communicated at the time of booking.

• It is your responsibility to ensure payment is made by the due date. Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

 

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made with 7 or more days’ notice prior to a scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may forfeit any deposit paid.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

• In the event that Warrimay cancels a service, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to worimispirit@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to assess cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account individual circumstances.
